As part of
the team that helped make Curves the
most successful franchise in history,
David Law brings with him an extensive
background in sales, marketing and
advertising and a degree in commercial
art and advertising from Texas State
Technical Institute. He was the perfect
choice for vice president of
marketing/advertising for the Findley
Group. Before joining the Findley Group
in February 2005, David spent time with
Curves International in territory
development and location approval in the
United States and Puerto Rico markets.
In
addition to his tenure with Curves,
David spent 10 years as a sales director
for an Anheuser Busch distributor,
managing a local territory where he was
responsible for sales, display
merchandise, signage, advertising and
marketing for more than 50 accounts. He
has also worked as a food and beverage
manager and shipping and receiving
supervisor, in addition to owning and
operating his own commercial cleaning
business for four years.
In his
position with the Findley Group, David
generates leads that help promote and
sell each franchise concept offered by
Findley. He produces and coordinates
the production of advertisements,
brochures and other marketing materials
the company uses in online marketing,
newspaper and magazine advertisements,
franchise expos and sales
presentations. He works side-by-side
with franchisors to ensure their
concepts are presented properly and he
markets the Findley Group services to
other potential franchise concepts.
David,
his wife Wendy and their two children,
Zacrey and Abby, live in Robinson,
Texas. They attend Highland Baptist
Church in Waco where they are involved
in the Awana missionary program and are
Sparks (a group of children K-2nd grade)
leaders and fill-in child-care help.
David is a devoted Little League coach
and enjoys sports of all kinds.
