A graduate of Texas A&M University at Tarleton, Janice Neckar, who by experience, excels in the franchise industry both in the accounting and system development areas.  With over 15 years in the industry, Janice started her career as a Staff Accountant with a multi-unit franchisor in Waco, TX.  In 1995, she accepted a position at the Dwyer Group as a Senior Staff Accountant, where she worked for 6 years and developed many important business relationships, including her first encounter with Gary Findley.  In 1999, she was invited by Findley to join the Curves team as Assistant Controller. 

During her tenure with Curves, she played an integral part in the development and implementation of financial systems to support the outstanding growth of the franchise network from less than 1,000 franchises to over 8,000 franchises, both domestic and internationally.  At Curves International, Janice established the relationship with bankers to financially operate the system in about 12 countries in North, Central and South America, as well as Europe. 

 As part of her role in establishing the overseas financial operations, Janice created and implemented a membership draft for the franchisees and wire transfers & royalty collections for Curves.  As Assistant Controller, Janice managed an accounting staff of ten employees and was responsible for overseeing the financial reporting for both the domestic and international companies.

When Gary Findley founded the Findley Group, he knew exactly who he wanted to be part of his team.  After years of a sound business relationship based on trust, experience and integrity, Janice was invited to be the Chief Financial Officer for the Findley Group.  In her new role, Janice is responsible for the financial reporting of a variety of concepts along with the development and implementation of software and the accounting systems for both domestic and international franchise sales.

Janice, her husband Ernie of eighteen years and their children, Hailey and Lane, live on a sixty-acre property outside of Waco.  In her spare time, she and her family raise horses and enjoy riding together.  The Neckars are active members of the St. Jerome Catholic Church.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University at Tarleton with emphasis in Business.
